Shipping Information:
1. Please allow 48 hours for processing of your order. 2. SND Cellular does not process orders on weekends or holidays. While most in-stock orders
placed before 12:00 noon Pacific Standard Time will be shipped that day, SND Cellular does not guarantee same-day shipping. You can help
expedite your order by using the same shipping address as your billing address and by providing a phone number that is on file with your credit card
company (alternate shipping addresses and cell phone numbers will cause order delays).
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All items are covered by a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. We are not responsible for damage from use, improper installation, or
abuse. We accept return/refund for defective item only, and under the following conditions:
1. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 2. All shipping and handling fee will not be refunded in any case. 3. Products must be returned in
the same condition as received. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their
ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than original condition will be subject to a 15% minimum
restocking fee. 4. No refund will be given for products received later than 14 days. 5. After 30 days the return period has expired, please contact the
manufacturer to resolve any problems with your item/equipment.
Exchange are made on all items that are :-
1. DOA (dead on arrival) 2. Significantly different from its listing description on the auction page. 3. Between 14 and 30 days following the purchase,
we will accept the non-defective item for exchange.
NOTE: If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by e-mail within 3 days from the date you receive the product. Please send your

What is an unlocked phone?
Unlocked is a term used mainly when referring to GSM (sim card based) Phones and it means that the phone can be used with any compatible sim
card used by many wireless carriers. Most phones sold here is the US are are typically locked to the carrier, limiting the usability.
How do I return an item?
To return an item you must contact Customer Service for prior approval and obtain an RMA number. All merchandise purchased from SND Cellular is
sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned only if in original
manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's
box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. For your protection insure the
package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Read our rules and policies before you return an
item.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
SND Cellular only collects sales tax on orders being shipped to an address within the State of California. Sales tax is calculated to be the same as our
local California sales tax. There is no tax collected for orders shipped outside of California.
