1. Please allow 48 hours for processing of your order. 2. SND Cellular does not process orders on weekends or holidays. While most in-stock orders
placed before 12:00 noon Pacific Standard Time will be shipped that day, SND Cellular does not guarantee same-day shipping. You can help expedite
your order by using the same shipping address as your billing address and by providing a phone number that is on file with your credit card company
(alternate shipping addresses and cell phone numbers will cause order delays).

S&D Cellular Inc. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies :.

All items are covered by a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects. We are not responsible for damage from use, improper installation, or abuse.
We accept return/refund for defective item only, and under the following conditions:
1. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 2. All shipping and handling fee will not be refunded in any case. 3. Products must be returned in the
same condition as received. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL
condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than original condition will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee. 4.
No refund will be given for products received later than 14 days. 5. After 30 days the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to
resolve any problems with your item/equipment.

Exchange are made on all items that are :.

1. DOA (dead on arrival)

2. Significantly different from its listing description on the auction page.

3. Between 14 and 30 days following the purchase, we will accept the non-defective item for exchange.

NOTE: If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by e-mail within 3 days from the date you receive the product. Please send your email
thru eBay My MESSAGES system or email to eBay@24hourcell.com. Once all problems are relayed to us – we will issue you an RMA number. Once this
RMA number is provided to you, you will be instructed to ship the item back to us. The RMA number MUST be printed or written on the shipping box.
